How to import data from Runn

Use Integrations to connect Runn and run a one-time import into Scopra.

Before you start

You need the Admin role to import data from Runn.

Save your Runn API token

1. Go to Admin > Integrations.
2. In Runn API token, enter your token.
3. Select Save token.

Scopra stores the token as a write-only value. After you save it, Scopra does not show it again.

Run the one-time import

1. Go to Admin > Integrations.
2. Check that Status shows Configured in the Runn API token section.
3. In One-time import, select Run one-time import.

Scopra starts the import in the background.

Check import progress

In One-time import, Scopra shows these fields while the import runs and after it finishes:

• Current status
• Last update
• Started
• Configured at

If the import fails, Scopra shows the failure reason in the same section.

Note: This is a one-time import from Runn into Scopra. You cannot start another import while one is already in progress.
