How to create a rate card

Before you start

You need the Admin role to create rate cards. If you want to use role-based pricing, create your project roles first.

Create the rate card

1. Go to Settings > Rate cards.
2. Select Add rate card.
3. Enter the Title.
4. Choose the Status.
5. Choose the Unit.
6. Select Save rate card.

Choose the pricing method

You can create a rate card in one of two ways:

• Leave Use a single blended rate off, then add one or more roles under Add role and enter a Rate for each role.
• Turn on Use a single blended rate, then enter the Blended rate.

What happens next

Scopra adds the rate card to the Rate cards list. You can then use it on projects and SOWs to price work.
