How to configure project rounding and overtime settings

Use this when you need project-specific billing period, rounding, or overtime rules.

Before you start

You need a role that can edit projects, such as Admin or Project Manager.

The project must already exist.

Open the project settings

1. Go to Projects.
2. Open the project you want to update.
3. Select Project settings.

Update the settings

1. Review the billing period settings for the project.
2. Set the billing rounding settings you want Scopra to use for the project.
3. Set the overtime settings you want Scopra to use for the project.
4. Select Save changes.

What these settings control

• Billing period settings control the date range Scopra uses when the project bills on a recurring cycle.
• Billing rounding settings control how Scopra rounds billable time for the project.
• Overtime settings control how Scopra treats overtime on the project.
