How to configure workspace defaults

Before you start

You need the Admin role to configure workspace defaults.

Update the defaults

  1. Go to Admin > Feature Settings.
  2. In Resourcing defaults, choose a value for Default currency.
  3. Choose a value for Default allocation status.
  4. Select Save changes.

What these settings control

  • Default currency sets the workspace default currency Scopra uses where a currency is required.
  • Default allocation status sets the starting status Scopra uses when a new allocation is created.

Scopra saves the new defaults for future use across the workspace.
